Thank you for your interest in becoming a ClasTran Rider! Transit service is provided to those who are 60 or older, persons with disabilities, and those who travel to or from rural areas in Jefferson and Shelby counties. You may complete and sign the application for determination of eligibility online by clicking the button below. If you would prefer to complete an application by hand, please click here to download and print the application at home or call to request an application by mail.

Note: If you qualify due to a disability, you will still need to provide proof of disability after submitting your application online. Please contact us immediately after you submit your application to avoid any delays in processing. You'll need to provide us with an email address or fax number for a licensed medical professional who can verify your disability.
