ClasTran provides curb-to-curb demand-response service in Jefferson and Shelby counties. We provide transportation service to riders in both urban and rural areas.

How to Qualify
For riders living in urban areas of Jefferson and Shelby counties, you must either be 60 years of age or older OR have a disability to qualify for service.

For riders living in rural areas of Jefferson and Shelby counties, anyone may qualify for service regardless of age or disability.

To complete an application for determination of eligibility online, please click here. You may also download the application form to complete it by hand or call to request an application by mail.

Once you submit your application, please allow ten days for processing. You will receive a letter in the mail to inform you of your eligibility.
